Eric and LaVonne live in the United States
Eric
Eric was born and raised in London, England. He is a family lawyer and mediator by background.
Saved and baptised in the Holy Spirit at the age of 30, his life was totally transformed.
Through the power of the Holy Spirit, Eric saw clients set free from such things as alcoholism, pornography and suicidal depression. Cases that seemed impossible were turned around by God's inter
vention.
God steadily raised Eric up in the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International eventually to become a National Director over the United Kingdom and Irish Republic. Eric gained a lot of experience in men's ministries and international missions.
In the latter context, God called him to take times out to go to North India to preach and teach in Gospel crusades and believers' conventions. He has been many times to India; and miracles, signs and wonders have always accompanied his preaching of the Word of God. His work in India was featured in a program on God TV in England entitled " A Man with a Mission". He has also ministered on mainland Europe and in South America.
Eric is able by God's grace to preach and teach from the Bible with a simplicity that can be readily grasped and understood by his hearers. Some say he has been graced with an exceptional insight into the Word of God.
In 2007 Eric was called to the USA with his wife LaVonne. More is said about that below.

Growing up in America, church and ministry were always a part of LaVonne's life, as her father 
was a pastor.
With her parents she attended some of the meetings of the great healing healing evangelists and ministers of faith of the 50s and 60s, seeing and experiencing miracles, signs and wonders first-hand, almost as a common occurrence.
Saved at the age of 8, and filled with the Holy Spirit at 11, she desired from her childhood to be used by God in the same way.
In 1996 she was invited on to the board of Holiday for Women, a women's ministry catering to women in ministry. In 1998 she joined Aglow International and was invited to serve on her local board. She was soon being asked to minister in Aglow meetings both in her home state and outside. God also began to use her outside of Aglow to speak in revivals, retreats and conferences in America and Europe.
LaVonne was one of two national women's leaders over the women of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International in the United Kingdom between 2005 and 2007. She was the women's speaker in the FGBMFI National Advance 2006 in England. She also ministered with Eric in Brazil.
LaVonne has a prophetic seer anointing. She ministers to the issues of life. She is blessed with a wonderful voice and ministers in song. She is also used in miracles and healings.

“Not just a marriage”
Eric and LaVonne married in 2005 having met in 2003 in Washington DC at a Pastoral Congressional Prayer Conference, praying over Capitol Hill.
Amazingly, God led Eric to be on the organizing committee! Eric flew over from England and was the only non-American delegate. Eric didn't know why he was there; but he did know it was in God's plan and design. It was a small and select conference of only 30 delegates; and LaVonne was one of them. The photo (right) shows Eric with the Senate Chaplain.
LaVonne had already been to Washington DC twice in 2003 but she knew by the Spirit that God was calling her back there for a third time, without understanding why. She determined to go again if she received another invitation. She received an invitation to the conference and went. God wanted LaVonne and Eric to meet!
The day after their wedding, the speaker at an Aglow international meeting called them out and prophesied: "This is not just a marriage; this is a ministry!"
This was a wonderful confirmation of what they already knew to be true, for God surely brought them together. Much more has been prophesied... but all we'll say about that is: Eric and LaVonne have no agenda for their lives but God's agenda.
UK and USA
LaVonne and Eric began their life and ministry together in England. They had a little over two years of ministry there, and God also used them also in missions to Brazil. Then in July 2007, God moved them to Columbus, Ohio and into full-time ministry.
"I gave myself up a martyr for Him who hung on the cross for me. Known to Him are all the future events and contingencies. I have thrown myself blindfold, and I trust without reserve, into His almighty hands."
These are the words of the great English evangelist George Whitfield (1714-1770) who came to America and who played a major role in the "Great Awakening." Eric does not compare hiimself to George Whitefield but can identify with his above words. For in coming to America and into full-time ministry and Eric has laid down his careers in law and mediation to live wholly by faith.
Lion and Eagle Ministries was incorporated in America on 8/8/8. That's a new beginning three times over!
Eric left everything to come to America in obedience to the call of God. 
LaVonne did the same when she obeyed God to move to England. When God called them to re-cross the Atlantic to America, the formalities went so smoothly, to the surprise of all the professionals involved, it could only be God. He had prepared their way.
God gave them their ministry name. The lion and the eagle are national symbols of Britain and America as well as powerful biblical symbols.
Shortly before their move from England, God caused them to find the last church in England of the first vicar of Jamestown VA, the Reverend Robert Hunt. (See photos above left and right.) Praying and interceding for America in that country church, unchanged since 1607, was an awesome experience.
A special bond obviously exists between the U.S. and the U.K. Both countries would do well to cherish and revive their Christian foundation and heritage in Jesus Christ.
